Images You Upload

• Images you submit are uploaded to secure cloud storage and processed on our servers.
• All uploaded and generated images are automatically deleted within 7 days.
• Generated images are stored in your private gallery and can be deleted by you at any time before that.

Usage Data

• Anonymised usage statistics to help us improve the service.
• Standard server logs (IP address, timestamps) for security and abuse prevention, retained for up to 30 days.

Payment Information

We do not store your card details. Payments are processed by PCI-DSS compliant third-party payment processors. We receive only a confirmation of payment and the credit pack purchased.

2. How We Use Your Information

• To process your image transformations and return results to you.
• To manage your credit balance and transaction history.
• To authenticate you via one-time email code when you sign in.
• To detect and prevent abuse, fraud, and violations of our Terms of Service.
• To improve the quality and performance of our service.

3. What We Do Not Do

• We do not sell your data to third parties.
• We do not use your images to train AI models.
• We do not collect any information outside of the Service.
• We do not send unsolicited marketing emails.

4. Data Retention

• All images (input and output): deleted automatically within 7 days.
• Account data: retained while your account is active. You may request deletion at any time.
• Server logs: retained for up to 30 days.

5. Your Rights

Depending on your location, you may have the right to access, correct, or delete the personal data we hold about you, or to restrict certain processing. To exercise any of these rights, use our content removal page or contact us via our website.

6. Children's Privacy

Vixie.art is not intended for users under 18 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from minors. If you believe a minor has used the Service, contact us and we will delete their data promptly.

All data is transmitted over HTTPS and stored on secure cloud infrastructure. We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your data.
