Your Responsibilities as a User

By using Vixie.art, you represent and warrant that:

• You own or have the necessary rights, licenses, consents, and permissions to upload and use any images you submit to the Service.
• You will not upload images that infringe the copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity, or other rights of any third party.
• You understand that uploading images you do not have rights to may expose you to legal liability.

Reporting Copyright Infringement

To request removal of content you believe infringes your copyright, use our self-serve removal page:

We will respond to all valid DMCA notices in accordance with applicable law, which may include removing or disabling access to the allegedly infringing content.

Counter-Notification

If you believe your content was removed as a result of a mistake or misidentification, contact us via the removal page with the following information:

• Your physical or electronic signature.
• Identification of the material that was removed and the location where it appeared before removal.
• A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification.
• Your name, address, and telephone number, and a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal district court in your district (or if outside the United States, any judicial district in which Vixie.art may be found), and that you will accept service of process from the person who provided the original DMCA Notice or their agent.

Repeat Infringer Policy

In accordance with the DMCA and other applicable law, Vixie.art has adopted a policy of terminating, in appropriate circumstances, the accounts of users who are deemed to be repeat infringers. Vixie.art may also, at its sole discretion, limit access to the Service or terminate the accounts of users who infringe the intellectual property rights of others, whether or not there is any repeat infringement.
